Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the sale of products by [Your Store Name] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to you, the customer (“you” or “your”), within the European Union. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Customization

  • Many of our products are custom-made (such as 3D-printed gifts and personalized stickers). According to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized items.

  • Non-custom products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

3. Ordering & Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all order details (size, color, customization text/design, shipping address) are entered correctly at checkout.

  • Orders placed with incorrect information do not qualify for a refund. However, we may offer a 50% discount on reordering the same product in a corrected version, with new shipping fees applying.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in € and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or courier delays beyond our control.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

  • If a package arrives damaged, you must request an official damage declaration (damage report) from your local post office at the time of delivery. This document is required for us to process a replacement or refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • For non-custom items: you have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. 

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email) before the withdrawal period ends.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

  • For custom-made items: returns and refunds are not available unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, and content on our website are the property of Worldthreedi and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to any custom images, text, or designs they submit for personalization. We accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringements in customer-submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Madrid

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
