Processing Times

• Custom-made items: please allow 3–10 business days for production.

• Standard items: usually ship within 2–8 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, except to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

• Domestic (within Spain): 2–3 business days

• EU countries: 4–15 business days

• International (outside EU, excluding USA & UK): 5–20 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or postal delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and include tracking.
They are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.
If you need to reorder because of incorrect details (size, color, address, etc.), new shipping fees will apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please request a damage report from your local post office. This is required for us to process a replacement or refund.

• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
