Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Each of our products is made with care and attention. Because many of our items are custom-made, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Refunds & Returns

Custom products (such as 3D-printed gifts and personalized stickers) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started (production starts 1 or 2 business days after the order is placed), unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

In case of shipping damage, you must request an official damage declaration (also called a damage report) from your local post office at the time of delivery.

This document is required in order for us to process a replacement or refund.

If the order details (size, color, customization, or shipping information) were entered incorrectly by the customer, the order does not qualify for a refund.

In these cases, we offer a 50% discount on reordering the same product in the correct size or color.

A new shipping fee will apply.

Standard (non-customized) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping cost has to be paid by the buyer.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

If you receive a refund for an eligible return, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
